After 30 years in Leadership, HR and Talent Development, Lisa launched a small business in executive coaching in 2022. Clients have sought her expertise to become exceptional leaders, accelerate career progressions and build strategic high performing teams. Some examples include:

• Partnering with the chief of staff at an academic institution to create strategies that elevated trust and respect among multiple teams and throughout the university.
• Working with a high-performing business analyst to find their voice as an emerging leader.
• Coaching a former C-Suite executive in defining their next career steps and developing a plan for the path forward.

As a leadership consultant and coach, Lisa focuses on mutual respect and trust, enabling clients to harness their internal strengths, optimize their effectiveness, and achieve their desired impact. Clients have also engaged Lisa in building strong teams, facilitating leadership development workshops and augmenting HR programs and practices.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Chemistry, Bachelor of Biochemistry, and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. She also earned a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, with her dissertation on Emotional Intelligence. She earned her Executive and Professional Coaching Certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas and her ACC ICF credential. 

Lisa resides in St. Paul, MN. In her free time, she is an avid skier and coaches High School Alpine Skiing in the winter, and in the summer she mountain bikes and enjoys other cycling, along with hiking and being outdoors.
