I’ve spent decades coaching senior leaders, shaping strategy, and guiding organizations through change. What I’ve learned is that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about showing up with clarity, resilience, and the courage to grow, even when the path isn’t clear.

When I’m not coaching executives, I’m often coaching a high school alpine ski team. I ski mostly in Minnesota, hike our beautiful state parks, and spend as much time as I can on my bike. I've traded coffee for chai, but the ritual is the same, a quite pause to reset and reflect. 

These moments remind me that leadership is always in motion whether on a trail, a mountain, or a boardroom. The slopes and the summit have taught me as much about performance, pressure, and presence as any executive suite.
